Ball Bearings
The ball bearings (BBs) manufactured by RKB come in many designs, dimensions and series. They are conceived to withstand combined loads and high speeds, covering most requirements in a number of standard and special industrial applications. All RKB BBs are made from high quality materials and special heat treatments for superior performance. Available in single and double row configuration, in open or sealed version, they are low-maintenance, which makes them an irreplaceable cost-effective solution in many cases. For large size BBs, RKB can also apply Bainite Hardening Treatment (HB) and High Temperature Dimensional Stabilization (S) on rings and balls. Aluminium Solid Top Access Cover/Hatch Cover
Aluminium Access/Hatch Cover is extensively used in areas which require regular and restricted access mainly used in Infrastructure and Industrial projects.
Fabrication and supply of Aluminium alloy access cover platforms fabricated out of composite section made of aluminium alloy which has high tensile strength and excellent corrosion resistance properties.
Load carrying capacity suitable for 750 kg./sq.mtr. (7.5 KN/M2 )
The top surface of the decking is fully serrated providing better foot grip for operatives.
For Industrial application, the Aluminium Access Hatches are supplied in an Anodized AA20-AA25 finish which prevents the risk of corrosion due to highly corrosive gases (H2S) and moisture. Anodising preserves the original surface texture and guarantees product durability for many years.
All Covers shall be provided with lifting arrangement, locking arrangement, and spindle opening will be provided with stainless steel hinge, required, if any.
All Aluminium alloy ACCESS COVERS will be REMOVABLE TYPE with Spindle opening (if required) and supported on Aluminium alloy Kerb Angles on entire periphery of Cover supported on concrete pit.
All Kerb Angles will be provided with EPDM rubber strips to prevent leakage of gas escaping from chambers.

Detectable Warning Tape for underground usage or UGDT is buried directly above underground utility lines and warns workers to stop digging before accidentally digging into the underground lines. When used correctly, the underground detectable tape can mitigate the risk of inaccurate or dangerous digging around electrical, gas, water, communication, or oil lines. And when dig-ins are avoided, the associated costly service interruptions and unnecessary repair expenses are also avoided. Plus, preventing the accidental dig-ins also helps keep evacuation crews safe from harm.
As an additional advantage, underground detectable tape uses colour to communicate the type of buried utility line. Underground detectable tapes conform to the uniform colour standard created by the APWA and local bodies for warning tapes.
