Flowlines provides Aluminium Solid Top Access Covers, also commonly referred to as Aluminium Access Covers, engineered to deliver safe, durable, and reliable access solutions for infrastructure, utility, and industrial projects. These access covers are designed for applications where regular yet restricted access to underground chambers, service pits, and utility corridors is required.

Manufactured using high-strength aluminium alloys, Flowlines Aluminium Access Covers offer an optimal balance of lightweight construction, structural strength, and corrosion resistance. Their robust design ensures long-term performance in demanding environments, while the ease of handling and operation supports efficient maintenance and inspection activities. • Fabricated from high‑strength aluminium alloy 6063‑T6 (6082 available on request)

• Load carrying capacity: 750 kg/m² (7.5 kN/m²)

• Fully serrated top surface for enhanced anti‑slip safety

• Removable covers supported on aluminium alloy kerb angles

• EPDM rubber sealing on kerb angles to prevent gas leakage from chambers

• Optional lifting arrangement, locking mechanism, and spindle opening with stainless steel hinge

• Anodized AA20–AA25 finish for industrial environments exposed to corrosive gases and moisture
